- Psychiatric Care and Mental Health Services
- Siddha Medicine and Traditional Treatments

3. Patient Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and health conditions. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality of care and treatment outcomes.
3.2 Appointment Compliance
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Repeated no-shows may result in appointment restrictions
- Emergency cases will be accommodated as per availability
3.3 Treatment Compliance
- Follow prescribed treatment plans and medication schedules
- Attend follow-up appointments as recommended
- Inform us immediately of any adverse reactions or complications
- Maintain proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
3.4 Payment Obligations
- Pay for services at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements are made
- Settle outstanding bills within the agreed timeframe
- Inform us of any insurance coverage before treatment

Arockia Dental Care commits to:

- Maintain patient confidentiality as per applicable laws
- Use sterilized equipment and maintain hygiene standards
- Obtain informed consent before procedures
- Provide clear information about treatment options and costs
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Respond to patient concerns and complaints promptly
5. Informed Consent
Before any treatment or procedure, we will:
- Explain the nature and purpose of the treatment
- Discuss potential risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Provide estimated costs and duration
- Obtain your written consent for procedures
- Answer your questions and address concerns
You have the right to refuse treatment at any time, subject to medical advice and ethical considerations.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Payment Terms
- Consultation fees are payable at the time of visit
- Treatment costs will be communicated before procedures

6.2 Insurance

- Consultation fees are non-refundable

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Complications
Despite our best efforts, complications may arise. We will inform you of potential risks and take all reasonable precautions. We are not liable for complications arising from:
- Pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed by the patient
- Patient non-compliance with treatment instructions
- Allergic reactions to medications (when proper precautions were taken)
- Unforeseen biological responses
9.3 Emergency Situations
In case of dental or medical emergencies outside our working hours, patients should seek immediate care at the nearest hospital emergency department.

12. Minors and Guardians
- Treatment of minors (under 18 years) requires parental/guardian consent
- Parents/guardians must be present during consultations for minors
- Emergency treatment may be provided without consent if delay poses risk
- Guardians are responsible for payment of services for minors
13. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior towards staff
- Providing false information or fraudulent documentation
- Unauthorized recording or photography in clinic premises
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use on premises
- Bringing weapons or dangerous items to the clinic
Violation may result in termination of services and legal action if necessary.
14. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website and materials are protected by copyright
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited
- Our logo, name, and branding are registered trademarks
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Grievance Redressal

- We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours
- Resolution will be attempted within 30 days
15.2 Mediation
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation and mutual discussion.
